Q: What are the fees?
A: Fees are based on an hourly rate for move related services and/or commission on estate sales. The size of your move & the level of assistance needed will determine your overall cost at which time you will receive a written estimate.

Q: What exactly is your process?
A: We assist our clients in the total move process—preparation, planning, packing, unpacking and setting up their new residence. Our goal is to provide our clients with a comprehensive move & space plan prior to the physical move saving them money. After all, why spend money moving items you can’t keep due to space limitations? We assist our clients in interviewing & contracting a licensed moving company and supervise all activities on move day. You don’t even need to be present on the actual move day allowing you time to focus on your new residence and life ahead.

Q: Are you bonded & insured?
A: Yes, we also respect your right to privacy so all work performed within your home will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Q: Do I need to be a Senior to use your service?
A: No, we will service anyone in need of our services—busy professionals, families of seniors, estate executors/trustees.

Q: What if I’m moving out of the State of Illinois?
A: We can help our clients prepare for the move out of Illinois & coordinate at the receiving location with our Nationwide Resources. We will travel if necessary or requested.
